Frendly ( LGBTQ app)
Overview
An app that is developed mainly to address the pain points of LGBTQ+ people. This is a client project. My team of 3 designers, developed the app into a full fledged Frendly app from a two or three lines of idea that we got from our client. There was no app that focusses on finding friends for LGBTQ people from their own community. Frendly is an app that provides a platform for LGBTQ people to find not only friends but also finding LGBTQ activities, events etc.. from their own community.
My Contribution
In this project I worked as a Lead UX Designer. Since this was not an existing app, I need to start from the very basic step. For that I conducted research including user interviews, created affinity map, developed the problem statement, created User Persona, developed journey map, drawn sketches, created wireframes and prototyping. I tested the the prototype (Usability testing).
